For years, I used Trello for most of my project management needs.  I did convert to using Asana within the last four years.  I love to share tools that helped me with building a multiple-six-figure business.  The key to scaling has tools that keep you focused on your goals.  Using a project management tool in conjunction with a client management tool, such as Honeybook, is a game changer for a small business.

The reality is being an entrepreneur requires you to have multiple things happening at one time.  Keeping Post-it notes and paper scraps creates a space for possible errors.  If you are in the space to start using a project management tool, I want to compare Asana and Trello.

I used Trello at the beginning of my business journey.  I found it to be highly user-friendly.  My team even used it for managing our clients before transitioning to an all-in-one CRM system.  I DO NOT recommend doing that now.  Those were the days of not knowing better.  LOL.

Which to choose?

While both Asana and Trello offer a range of benefits, there are a few differences to consider when choosing between them.
