Who would have thought that the food truck craze was just getting started? The New York Times reported in 2015 that over 9,000 mobile eateries were operating across the country. There are only about 12,000 Starbucks stores nationwide and 20,500 McDonald's restaurants to put this into perspective.

So what can you do to get ahead of your competition and increase your customer base? I had the opportunity to interview Ariel, The Food Truck Scholar.  Our YouTube interview discusses how to make your dream a reality.  Not only will caterers and other food professionals gain more insight into how to benefit from starting a food truck, but it will also provide a better understanding of some of the challenges!

A few weeks ago, I was able to cross paths with Ariel in the Chef Culture Facebook group. It felt like a godsend opportunity. I’m often looking for people to interview and collaborate with on my platform to help empower Professionals and the food and event industry. 


Of course, when I found out about Ariel, I immediately had to slide in her DM‘s to talk about hosting this interview. I do believe food trucks are an excellent path for you to grow into your long-term business goals.
