What's happening at Clubhouse?

clubhouse schedule

Did you know that I host and moderate rooms on the Clubhouse app?  You may or may not be aware.  The app has been an excellent opportunity to connect with new and old friends.  If you are still on the fence about the app, take a moment to read my blog post, The Clubhouse App For Businesses.  I was totally against being on another social media platform.  This platform is revolutionizing the world’s perception of communication and networking.

Over the last few months, I have learned some great tools and tips for online coaching to life hacks.  My first few attempts at hosting or cohosting rooms have gone well.  I have decided to create a steady schedule for calls.  Several people have agreed to lock arms on specific room topics.

In true Jese fashion, I will have rooms regarding the sexy and unsexy topics around entrepreneurship.  Lol.  The unsexy issues are essential in our journey.  People can find themselves sucked in the “Make a Million in 2 Days” rooms yet avoid a copywriting room.  The best practice for using the Clubhouse app is finding rooms and topics that suit your needs.  I did go into detail on the search function in my Youtube video called 3 Ways To Use Clubhouse App for Businesses.

About two months ago, I locked arms with Social with Rocki daily rooms on Instagram at 6 pm EST/ 5 pm CST.  We are there every weekday evening discussing what’s new or exciting in the social media world.  At least once a week, we offer a social media audit for a select audience of participants.

Want to learn more about the sexy and unsexy parts of business?  Check out the new rooms that I’m hosting.  I wanted to round out my weekly calls regarding customer relationships, sales, systems, property performance, and general business topics.

Clubhouse Room Theme: Customer Relationships

(Mondays at 3 pm EST\ 2 pm CST)

Customer relationships are a crucial part of your business success.  Gaining customers takes work and resources.  Why waste those efforts by mishandling customers or not nurturing those relationships?  It doesn’t make sense.  I will have interviews with people in different industries sharing how they improve customer relationships within their niche.

The speakers will share their steps, processes, systems.  Customer relationship management (CRM) systems make the nurturing process go more smoothly.  Wikipedia defines customer relationship management (CRM) as “the process of managing interactions with existing as well as past and potential customers. It is one of many different approaches that allow a company to manage and analyze its interactions with its past, current and potential customers.[1] It uses data analysis about customers' history with a company to improve business relationships with customers, specifically focusing on customer retention and ultimately driving sales growth.”

If you are not sure about your systems, set up a consultation with me to discuss what you are currently doing within your organization.

Clubhouse Room Theme: Sales

(Wednesdays at 3 pm EST\ 2 pm CST)

The four-letter curse word.  SALES!!!  People like to make money yet can often fear the sales process.  I’m partnering with Raylen to discuss basic sales techniques.  Each week, we will focus on specific topics related to sales.  We will rotate through four different subjects.  Our calls are limited to 1.5 hours long.  We have over 20 years of experience with cold calling to online sales funnels between the both of us.

Clubhouse Room Theme: Systems & Productivity

(Fridays at 3 pm EST\ 2 pm CST)

Our calls will discuss all things productivity and systems.  I will be interviewing different professionals to chat about their methods.  Besides, we will have discussions around creating a strategy for hiring.  Business systems lead to productivity.  A productive business is likely to have more success.  If you haven’t downloaded my FREEBIE on 5 Ways to Be More Productive, make sure you click HERE.

Previously, I have shared great blogs on productivity or my favorite tools.  Best planners for entrepreneurs and 3 Productivity Hacks To Master Your Results are precious resources for business owners.  I have some other great tips to share on the matter.  We often talk about productivity in my Mastermind Group.

You may want to know why systems and productivity are essential.  Andrew Milivojevich’s article, Why is Productivity Important in Business, said it correctly, “When a business can produce more units per dollar, that business makes more profit!”  Thus, you need to have a productive business as a solo entrepreneur, especially with a team.

Clubhouse Room Theme: Property Performance

(Mondays through Fridays at 9 pm EST\ 8 pm CST)

On the Clubhouse app, I see an abundance of rooms on multifamily buying, selling, and investing.  To break up the flow, I decided to create a space focused on the overall property health from a management standpoint.  In the article called 5 Ways To Measure Property Performance, “A key part of running a successful property management company or maintaining a profitable real estate portfolio is monitoring property performance.”

I will interview different leaders in the multifamily space, investors, marketing professionals, to technology companies.  They will provide tips to help other professionals to improve their property performance in the property management industry.

Clubhouse Room Theme: Let’s Talk Business

(Saturdays at 2 pm EST\ 1 pm CST)

I’m partnering with Bailey Green.  Our Let’s Talk Business theme discussing everything from search engine optimization, copywriting to social media platforms.  As you can tell, these topics are not sexy.  It is different from the Instagram and Youtube series.

Every week, we will have a few guests join us to round out the panel.  Our goal is to encourage a healthy discussion around not often discussed topics.  Please submit ideas or discussion requests to me through email.

I’m excited to share these new rooms with you.  The Clubhouse app has been an excellent way to grow my knowledge and share knowledge with others.  The Mastermind Group and several blog ideas came about through discussions on the app.

If you would like to connect with me on the Clubhouse app, please feel free to find me at jesegary username.  My calendar is updated weekly for ease to locate the rooms.  You can discover the upcoming room schedule online HERE to connect with you on the app.

Would you like to co-host a room or topic?  Please let me know.  I love discussing minimalism, a healthy lifestyle, natural hair, and finances.  Click HERE to send me an email.

Have you tried to host any rooms?  If so, what has been your experience with hosting online rooms?
